What is the Developing Darlington Care Collective?
Developing Darlington Care Collective or DDCC, focuses on how we can train, develop, progress and help to recruit and retain the Children and Adults workforce across all partner services and disciplines.
The aim is to create opportunities for individuals to enter a supportive system that will help them to be recruited and/or progressed and retained in services, ultimately developing a high quality workforce for the residents of Darlington.
